Program Eligibility

In order for your company to qualify for coverage, you must be under contract with the federal government at the time of applying for a policy. This includes contractors for the DoD, GSA, NASA, and other federal and state agencies; universities and research institutions that accept federal grants; consulting firms with federal contracts; manufacturers who supply goods to federal agencies and service organizations that provide services to federal agencies as well as the subcontractors of those organizations.
