Translation Instructions
There are three approaches for translate in Chrome.
Settings - set offer to translate pages
Google widget
When you come across a page written in a language you don't understand, you can use Chrome to translate the page.
Go to Settings → Add-ins and tap on the '+' button next to Translator to enable it. (Once enabled, it will appear across devices where your email account is set up, and where Translator is supported.)
How to Use Microsoft Edge to Translate Pages
You can use Microsoft Edge to translate pages quickly by following these steps:

Translate a webpage in Safari on Mac -
In the Safari app on your Mac, go to the webpage you want to translate. If the webpage can be translated, the Smart Search field displays the Translate button. Click the Translate button, then choose a language.
Launch Safari on your iPhone or iPad -
Visit a webpage that's in a language you'd like to translate and watch for the address bar to indicate that a translation is available. Tap the aA button in the far-left of the address bar, then select Translate to [Language] in the dropdown menu
Firefox uses the google translate extension to translate pages
