  • This Errors and Omissions insurance program is designed exclusively for Life & Health insurance agents. Coverage options available for sale and servicing of annuities, variable products and mutual funds.

  • If you require coverage for both life and health insurance and property and casualty insurance, each coverage must be purchased separately.

$1 Million per claim / $3 Million annual aggregate
Option A: Life (including indexed products), accident and health, long term care, disability, including Medicare advantage and Medicare supplemental insurance. Coverage is limited to admitted carriers.

  • Down payments will be processed immediately; monthly deductions as shown above will begin the 3rd of the month after the enrollment effective date.

  • Pricing includes $45 in administration fees. In addition, a $5 monthly processing fee is charged when the monthly payment option is chosen.

  • Defense costs reduce the limit of liability and are subject to the retention. Punitive damages are not covered by the policy. Refer to the policy form for the definition of defense costs and punitive damages.
  • Provides coverage for your administrative, clerical and support personnel while they are acting on your behalf.
  • Instant certificate of insurance for qualified applicants
  • Important: This is a claims made and reported policy. Claims must be submitted as soon as practicable in writing to the insurer. Coverage only applies to claims first made during the policy period. Claims must be reported during the policy period; or, during an extended reporting period (ERP). Prior acts are covered back to the first day of continuous E&O coverage. Please refer to the policy form for claim reporting provisions and definition of a claim, prior acts definition, and ERP details.

Coverage Limits

  • $1 Million per claim / $3 Million annual aggregate

Deductibles and Retentions

  • $0 for claims arising from fixed life, accident & health, disability, long term care products and annuities (including indexed life and annuities).
  • $5,000 for claims arising from variable products, mutual funds or other securities that can be sold as a series 6 registered representative.

Payment Options

  • Pay in full or choose monthly payments via credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT). For those customers that select the monthly payment option, your credit card or EFT will be processed on the third of each month.

  • This errors and omissions coverage is placed with an admitted carrier. Please reference the A.M. Best rating chart and disclosures link below for an explanation of admitted and non-admitted carriers.
  • Your coverage is secured by National Casualty Company, an admitted carrier rated "A+" (Superior) XV by A.M. Best. National Casualty Company is part of Nationwide E&S/Specialty, a subsidiary of the Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company.

  • By enrolling in this insurance policy, the applicant agrees to become a non-voting member of Financial Services Professional Liability Risk Purchasing Group, Inc. ("FSPLRPG"). FSPLRPG is a Virginia non-profit corporation that provides liability insurance for its members as a "Purchasing Group" in accordance with the Federal Liability Risk Retention Act (15 U.S.C. §3901 et seq.). Each member of FSPLRPG is covered for separate limits of liability and is required to pay all premiums when due.
