Ted Baran manages many of the key client relations for 360 Coverage Pros and is also responsible for developing new business opportunities through new products and new business partners. Ted works in all key product areas but his primary expertise is negotiating and developing competitive and comprehensive E&O programs for the 360 Coverage Pros business channels.
Ted has been in the insurance business for over 20 years, spending the predominant portion of his insurance career in Chicago with Aon-Affinity Insurance Services marketing professional liability programs to healthcare professionals and financial services carriers and their distribution networks. Before joining 360 Coverage Pros, Ted also spent time working with wholesale and reinsurance brokerage firms in Chicago and New York. Ted is a 1991 graduate of Georgetown University.
Ted has a wife and two children who moved from Chicago to Sarasota in August of 2006.
Jason Rogers is a Senior Vice President at 360 Coverage Pros responsible for both the business development team as well new program development. He manages a team of producers, underwriters and account professionals. Current scope of program responsibilities include: L&H Agent E&O, P&C Agent E&O, Insurance Agency E&O, RIA / IAR E&O, Real Estate Agent E&O, Accountants Professional Liability, Lawyers Professional Liability, Dental Professional Liability and Cyber Liability.
Jason began his career with Hartford Financial Products underwriting public company D&O liability risks. He then went on to Zurich Insurance Group where he had management responsibility for a diverse portfolio of financial institution risks.
Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Villanova University where he was a four year scholarship student athlete and also a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Irene is a U.S. benefits consultant with over 35 years of experience in analyzing and pricing professional liability and health and welfare risks. Irene began her career in 1980 with Mather & Co., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the Life benefits department.
She began working with Associations in 1980 and was promoted from Account Executive to Department Manager of the Association Department in 1989. In her role as Department Manager, Irene helped to develop a third-party billing system to manage enrollments for associations. Irene was named Assistant Vice President, Association Operations in 2005.
Mather & Co. merged with Bollinger Insurance in 2006 where Irene continued to manage the Association/Affinity clients. In 2013, Irene was named Area Vice President of the Affinity Division. In 2013, Irene became an employee of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. through acquisition.
During Irene’s 38+ years in the industry, she has focused on developing programs for associations and affinity groups to meet the needs of their members and by offering coverage for sole proprietors and firms.
Mark works on professional liability programs for dentists and other allied-healthcare providers.
A native of Chicago, IL Mark has lived in the Chicago area all his life. He entered the insurance industry immediately following his graduation from Loyola University and has been a student of the industry ever since; having earned several prestigious industry designations.
Mark’s started his career at CNA working in support of the CNA dental professional liability program. He worked closely with the risk management team, co-presenting many seminars and ultimately became the underwriting of the dental program when it was the largest program in the country. Before leaving CNA, Mark assumed management of their program for Nurse’s professional liability and other allied-healthcare providers.
Upon joining Aon, Mark worked to expand the Dentist’s Advantage Program from two states into a true national program, now the third largest program of professional liability insurance for dentists in the country.
As his responsibilities at Aon continued to evolve, Mark began to work more closely with many of Aon’s key healthcare association relationships. His relationships with these associations have honed Mark’s expertise in underwriting, marketing and risk management.
