$1 Million per claim / $1 Million annual aggregate
Includes Coverage for Commercial general liability policies, Homeowners policies, Personal automobile policies, Workers compensation or employers liability policies, Directors and officers liability policies, and Employment practices liability insurance policies.

- Down payment refers to the monthly payment option. Your down payment includes one month's premium and a $5.00 monthly processing fee.
- Down payments will be processed immediately; monthly deductions as shown above will begin the third of the month after enrollment effective date. At the time of enrollment, each agent will be required to make a non-refundable payment in the amount of the first month’s premium (minimum earned premium). Minimum earned premium is non-refundable.
- Pricing includes a $48.00 administration fee. Down payment refers to monthly payment option. Your down payment includes one month's premium, administrative fees and a $5.00 monthly processing fee.
Program Eligibility
- A valid license/registration in all jurisdictions in which applicant will act as a Property and Casualty Agent is required to be eligible for this program.

- $1 Million per claim / $1 Million annual aggregate
- $1 Million per claim / $2 Million annual aggregate
Program Features
- Basic P&C option includes coverage for commercial general liability insurance policies (CGL), Homeowners insurance policies, Personal automobile insurance policies, Worker’s compensation or employer’s liability insurance policies, Directors and officers liability insurance policies, and Employment practices liability insurance policies.

An expanded definition of professional services is offered for an additional premium and includes the above listed insurance products, as well as the following:
Surety bonds, Professional liability insurance policies, Business owners package insurance policies, Commercial package insurance policies, Personal property insurance policies, Crime insurance policies, Standard and nonstandard fire insurance policies, Umbrella insurance policies, Business interruption insurance policies, Dwelling insurance policies, and Personal recreation vehicle insurance policies. -
A policy aggregate of $10,000,000*
*Policy aggregate limit of liability is not applicable to those agents and registered representatives who are residents of or practice in New York State.
- Defense costs reduce the limit of liability and are subject to the retention. Punitive damages are not covered by the policy. Refer to the policy form for the definition of defense costs and punitive damages.
- Provides coverage for your administrative, clerical and support personnel while they are acting on your behalf.
- This is a claims made and reported policy. Claims must be submitted as soon as practicable in writing to the insurer. Coverage only applies to claims first made during the policy period and claims must be reported during the policy period or during an extended reporting period (ERP). Prior acts are covered back to the first day of continuous E&O coverage. Please refer to the policy form for claim reporting provisions and definition of a claim, prior acts definition, and ERP details.
Payment Options
- Pay in full or choose monthly payments via credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT). For those customers that select the monthly payment option, your credit card or EFT will be processed on the third of each month.

- By enrolling in this insurance policy, the applicant agrees to become a non-voting member of Professional Agents Risk Purchasing Group, Inc. (PARPG). PARPG is a Delaware non-profit corporation that provides liability insurance for its members as a "Purchasing Group" in accordance with the Federal Liability Risk Retention Act (15 U.S.C. §3901 et seq.). Each member of PARPG is covered for separate limits of liability and is required to pay all premiums when due.
